WORKING TOGETHER

Frequently Asked Questions

We strive to make working together feel like be a breeze.

Where do the flowers come from? We work with a variety of wholesale floral suppliers based on an event’s needs, scope, and season. This includes the some of the premier international wholesalers, many California flower farms, and local small farms whenever possible. Studio Brambles has happily sourced All-American Grown florals for past clients! For Destination Events, we also always strive to source a portion of florals locally, which ensures you have the freshest, most seasonally available product.

Do you deliver arrangements or bouquets? Currently our focus is on events, photoshoots and weddings- but follow our Instagram for the latest announcements on local pop-ups and parternships.

Do you create custom installations or wedding florals? Yes, so glad you asked! We love custom creations and hearing about your inspiration. Our minimum event order in Tucson AZ is $1800.

Do you work with brands or on corporate events? Yes, this is our background. We’ve also produced photo shoots, sets, and styled private projects which are not shown online. Please see our contract regarding NDAs - which we’re happy to honor and email us to inquire or request more portfolio samples.

How does booking work? Please fill out our Event Inquiry Form. Upon receipt of your info, we will create a visual proposal and estimate based on your request. Then we’ll schedule a call to review it together and refine the details. From there we will offer a round of revisions and edits to your proposal. If you’d like to move forward a signed contract and retainer fee are required to hold your event date. Once we have a signed contract and deposit, clients enjoy design flexibility and we work with you on refining all the details throughout the planning process of your florals and decor.

How far in advance should I book? Currently we book projects up to 1 year in advance maximum and 4 weeks out in advance, minimum pending the scale. We’re a small shop and are therefore nimble, and often able to accomodate smaller-medium size events with a quick deadline. That said, in order to ensure a smooth process for all parties, 2-6 months planning time for weddings allows us to make sure we can source your dream flowers and execute smoothly. For corporate events, we request a minimum of 3-6 weeks planning time, pending scale.

Why do flowers seem so expensive? Floral design is a full-service production. Much like going to a nice restaurant, where the chef prepares a coursed meal according to your tastes, and using specific ingredients that you like, a florist does the same. Using specific flowers, your location, color palette and personal story, florists curate bespoke visual experiences.

Floral design includes the unseen curation, logistics, physical labor and planning behind the scenes, in order to create the final artful arrangement. Additionally, in this post-pandemic world the global floral supply chain is still catching up to where it once was and is meeting challenges including: labor shortages, rising costs of farming and growing the flowers, the cost of gas and transporting florals, as well as ongoing climate issues which effect crops on a global scale.
